“3. Examine the impact of COVID-19 on students' mental health, including the availability and workload of mental health professionals across the state and their role in the public school system. Though the purposes of ARP to reopen schools and deal with learning losses sound innocent, this is a Trojan horse. Critical Race Theory is being pushed into public schools through federal grant mandates.
