The Texas State Board of Education wants to adopt Common Core-Compliant English/Language Arts/Reading curriculum standards. Read more

Review groups were formed by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to review and simplify the current English/Language Arts/Reading curriculum standards. However, these teams ignored their mandate and went out on a wild rewriting spree.

The SBOE must not be allowed to impose a failed teaching philosophy upon millions of Texas children that will teach them to hate America and our Judeo-Christian values as Common Core surely does.

Texans must require the Review Teams to do as mandated – Review, not Rewrite!
